Thought leadership for an NGO
The Client
38 Degrees is the angle at which a pile of snow becomes an avalanche. It is also the largest political campaigning platform in the UK. It has inspired over a million people to create petitions that result in parliamentary discussions and lasting change.

The Goal
38 Degrees got in touch because they had reached a standstill. They needed an audit and a new strategy for their digital communications channels. The main purpose of this new strategy was to help them:
📣 Reach new audiences
📈 Grow their channels and generate more public awareness in their work
Methodology
We started with a deep dive of the digital communications activity. With the help of the internal communications team, we gathered the needed data, taking into consideration engagement, follower growth, audience behaviour, share of voice and earned media value.
1.
We translated the raw data we received from the team into a visually comprehensive report. This breakdown of past campaigns and methodologies laid the groundwork for the strategy we were about to draft.
2.
The strategy doc for the next twelve months of digital communications activity broke-down top level goals into objectives, strategies and suggested tactics to experiment with. It featured new audiences the organisations should explore and engagement strategies for the audience they already had. Brand recommendations, a messaging guide, new channel suggestions and content strategy all featured within the comprehensive document in detail.
