When they approached us, Aloud Charity were developing a new website to serve as their main online presence. They were also re-considering their fragmented social media marketing - planning to unify all of their various projects in one account.

Methodology

Early on we identified the need for evergreen content for the charity’s blog. We worked the wider team to map out topics that would be relevant for their audience all year round. We also optimised their existing content, which led to a 15% increase in organic search results and a 16% increase in organic acquisitions via Google.

The charity’s social media presence was fragmented across various profiles and largely inconsistent. We created a new set of graphics and unified all projects under one profile for each social network. In the end, there was a cohesive feel across all channels, yet each had a tailored strategy that considered the relevant audience.

We wrote the copy for the website, worked on making sure it is optimised for search, and collaborated with the larger team to provide all the necessary videos, photos, data, and information for the website to come to life.
